Cypress Hill IV is the fourth studio album by American Latin Hip hop group Cypress Hill. It was released on October 6, 1998 via Ruffhouse Records and Columbia Records. It is the follow up from their previous effort Cypress Hill III: Temples of Boom in 1995. Recording sessions took place at Ameraycan Studios in North Hollywood, California through November 1997 to July 1998. Production was handled entirely by group member DJ Muggs. It features guest appearances by MC Eiht, Barron Ricks (of Call O' Da Wild) and Chace Infinite. The skeletons on the cover are posing as the three wise monkeys (see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil).

The album peaked at #11 both on the Billboard 200 and on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts in the United States. Cypress Hill IV released the singles: "Dr. Greenthumb", "Tequila Sunrise" and "Audio X". The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for over 500,000 units sold.
