The Crooklyn Dodgers are a hip hop supergroup based in Brooklyn, New York City, consisting of rotating members.
They appeared in three seperate incarnations since 1994. The first two incarnations recorded for the soundtracks of two Spike Lee films, Crooklyn and Clockers, respectively.

The first group was composed of Buckshot, Masta Ace and Special Ed. Their one and only record was "Crooklyn", produced by A Tribe Called Quest member Q-Tip, and was featured in the 1994 film Crooklyn. Ol' Dirty Bastard was also supposed to be on the song, but he walked out during the screening of the film.[1] The song is the return of Special Ed, who went on hiatus after his 1990 album, Legal.

The second group was composed of Chubb Rock, Jeru the Damaja and O.C. Their one and only record was "Return of the Crooklyn Dodgers", produced by DJ Premier, and featured in the 1995 film Clockers. This incarnation was credited as Crooklyn Dodgers '95. This version is also the most acclaimed out of the three incarnations.

The third group consisted of Jean Grae, Memphis Bleek and Mos Def. North Carolina producer 9th Wonder resurrected the group in 2007 for a track on his album The Dream Merchant Vol. 2, titled "Brooklyn in My Mind".
