Simon Cullins, Jr., better known by his stage name Crazy C, is an American hip hop record producer from Houston, Texas. He is best known as a producer for platinum-selling rapper Scarface, producing many of his early releases. He is a co-owner of Paid in Full Entertainment, the label that launched the careers of Chamillionaire and Paul Wall.
