Caleb Jamal Parker (born May 22, 1993), better known by his stage name Caleborate, is an American rapper from California. Born and raised in South Sacramento, he began pursuing his music career professionally while attending university in San Francisco and living in Berkeley. After releasing numerous mixtapes, Parker first rose to prominence with the release of his debut album, Hella Good, in 2015. His second album, 1993, was released in 2016. Parker's third album, Real Person, was released in 2017, and its song "Caught Up" was featured in the 2019 film Shaft. An EP, Hear Me Out, was released in 2019.

Parker releases his music independently under the imprint TBKTR, which is derived from his nickname "that black kid that raps".
