Vince Edwards (born 1969), better known by his stage name CPO Boss Hogg, is an American rapper from Compton, California. Under the stage name Lil' Nation, he was as a member of the group CPO alongside DJ Train and Young D but kept the group's name for himself when he embarked on a solo career. He is alternatively credited as C.P.O. Boss Hogg.

C.P.O.'s only album as a group was To Hell and Black in 1990. C.P.O. Boss Hogg has not released any full-length solo material, but made appearances on seminal hip hop albums such as All Eyez on Me by 2Pac and the soundtracks of Murder Was the Case and Above the Rim.
