C.O.D. (an initialism of Creators of Devastation) is an American hip hop group from Houston, Texas. The group was founded by Dope E, Egypt E, Twice and Scratch Master K, and later expanded to include K.O. and K-Rino. C.O.D. released the EP Cummin' Out Doggin' in 1990.

The group's reunion album 2nd Edition was slated for a 2006 release but was delayed until 2011.
