Bravehearts is an American hip hop group from Queens, New York. The group was formed in 1998 and consisted of rappers Jungle (Nas' younger brother), Wiz and Horse. The latter left the group in 2002, and the group carried on as a duo. Wiz was replaced by Nashawn, Nas' cousin, in 2007.

Bravehearts signed to Columbia Records as part of Nas' Ill Will Records imprint and made their first appearance on the song "I Wanna Live" with Nas and Nature on the Belly to the film Belly. They appeared on the QB Finest compilation album in 2000 and spawned a hit with the song "Oochie Wally" with Nas. Bravehearts' first studio album, Bravehearted, was released in December 2003 with Jungle and Wiz making up the group. In 2008, they released their second album, Bravehearted 2, with Jungle and Nashawn as the group's members.

Though an official disestablishment has not been announced, the group has not been active or released any material since 2008.
