Boxcar Sessions is the debut studio album by American rapper from Oakland Saafir, released in May 10, 1994 under Qwest Records, Reprise Records and Warner Bros. Recording sessions mostly took place at Pajama Recording Studio in Oakland from March 1993 to February 1994. Production on the album was handled by Hobo Junction members Jay-Z, J Groove and The Big Nose. 

Boxcar Sessions spawned the singles: "Light Sleeper" and "Just Riden".
