Black Mafia Life is the second studio album by American hip hop group Above the Law. It was released on February 2, 1993 via Ruthless Records, Giant Records and Reprise Records. It is the follow up from their 1990 debut Livin' Like Hustlers. Recording sessions took place at The Edge Recording Studios and Audio Achievement in Torrance, California through September 1991 to March 1992. Production was handled completely by Above the Law themselves. It features guest appearances from 2Pac, Eazy-E, MC Ren, Money-B and Kokane.
The album peaked at #37 on the US Billboard 200 and #6 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. Black Mafia Life released the singles: "Call It What You Want" and "V.S.O.P. (which peaked at #9 on the Hot Rap Singles and #97 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States).
Group member and DJ Go Mack left the group after the release of the album.
