Aziatic is the fourth studio album by American rapper AZ, released in 2002 on Motown. It features a guest appearance by Nas on the song "The Essence", which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group in 2003.
The album peaked at #29 on the US Billboard 200, and #5 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. It is considered AZ's comeback album due to its positive critical reception, and helped to restore his credibility. Aziatic has sold over 500,000 copies, and was certified Gold in sales by the RIAA.
