Lamont Dorrell, known professionally as Ayatollah, is an American record producer from Queens, New York. He has worked predominantly with New York-based rappers. Dorrell is a member of the duo Box Cutter Brothers with Drasar Monumental. He first achieved mainstream recognition when he produced "Ms. Fat Booty" by Mos Def in 1999.
Dorrell resides in Portland, Oregon.
