Ain't a Damn Thing Changed is the second studio album by American Hip hop duo Nice & Smooth. It was released in September 17, 1991 through Rush Associated Labels and Columbia Records. Recording sessions took place at Unique Recording Studios and Power Play Studios in New York City from August 1990 to February 1991. Production was handled primarily by Greg Nice and Smooth Bee themselves, with the exception of one track produced by Louie Vega. It features guest appearances by Pure Blend, Kisha Black, The Black Flames, Preacher Earl, Mellow-T, Bas Blasta, Guru (of Gang Starr) and Asu.
The album debuted at #141 on the Billboard 200 and #29 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States. Ain't a Damn Thing Changed spawned the four singles: "Hip Hop Junkies", "Sometimes I Rhyme Slow", "Cake & Eat It Too" and "How to Flow".
