Accept Your Own and Be Yourself (The Black Album) is the debut studio album by American Hip hop artist and producer No I.D.. It was released in September 23, 1997 through Relativity Records. Recording sessions took place at High Tech Studios in Chicago, Illinois from June 1996 to February 1997. Production was handled by No I.D., Spike Rebel and Dug Infinite, with Peter Kang serving as executive producer. It includes guest appearances by Common, Infamous Syndicate (Shawnna and Teefa) and Dug Infinite himself.
The album peaked at #94 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States. Accept Your Own and Be Yourself (The Black Album) released the singles: "Sky's The Limit", "The Real Weight" and "Jump On It".
