5th Ward Boyz was an American hip hop group from Houston, Texas. Their name is derived from the Houston neighborhood Fifth Ward. They signed to Rap-A-Lot Records in 1993 following the popularity of the Geto Boys on the label. The group originally consisted of 007 and E-Rock, with Lo Life joining the group in 1994 following his release from prison.
