5150: Home 4 tha Sick is an EP by American rapper Eazy-E, released in 1992 on Ruthless and Priority Records. It was his first release since the break-up of N.W.A. "Only If You Want It" was given both a single release and promotional music video, and "Neighborhood Sniper" was also released with a promotional music video.
5150: Home 4 tha Sick peaked at #70 on the Billboard 200 and #15 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The EP was certified Gold by the RIAA in 1993. It is now out of print, but the songs are included on the remastered version of Eazy-E's debut album, Eazy-Duz-It.
