5150: Home 4 tha Sick is the debut extended play by American rapper Eazy-E. It was released on December 15, 1992 via Ruthless Records and Priority Records. Recording sessions took place at Audio Achievements in Torrance, California through June to August 1992. Production was handled by DJ Bobcat, Dr. Jam, Naughty by Nature, Cold 187um and Madness 4 Real. It features guest appearances by Menajahtwa, Dolemite, Buckwheat and Atban Klann. It was his first release since the break-up of N.W.A and it is also the final original album from Ruthless Records to be released by Priority.

The EP peaked at #70 on the Billboard 200 and #15 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. 5150: Home 4 tha Sick released the singles: "Only If You Want It", "Neighborhood Sniper" and "Merry Muthaphukkin' Xmas. On February 9, 1993, The EP was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales over 500,000 copies. It is now out of print, but the songs are included on the remastered version of Eazy-E's debut album, Eazy-Duz-It.
