21 & Over is the debut studio album by American hip hop group Tha Alkaholiks. It was released on August 24, 1993 under Loud Records. Recording sessions took place at Yo Mama's House in Hollywood, California from August 1992 to February 1993. Production was handled by E-Swift, Derick "D. Pimp" Williams, Lootpack and King Tee, with co-production from Tha Alkaholiks themselves. It includes guest appearances by Threat, Lootpack (Madlib & Wildchild), Field Trip and King Tee.
The album reached #124 on the Billboard 200 and #23 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts in the United States. 21 & Over released the singles: "Make Room", "Likwit", "Mary Jane" and "Only When I'm Drunk", none of which reached the Billboard Hot 100. However, they did well on the hip hop and dance charts.
